At Fitness Avenue, we want to ensure you have the best gear for your training; if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your Fitness Avenue account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Pack Your Gear

  Place the unused equipment or apparel in its original packaging with all tags attached to ensure the items remain protected during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Securely attach the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package, ensuring any old shipping labels are completely covered or removed.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
